Opinion Outpost Market Research Panel
Opinion Outpost Survey Research Panel is a paid research site and is a service of Opinionology, a research service company. Singing up for Opinion Outpost is free and only requires filling out a short form.
Once you join Opinion Outpost Survey Research Panel you can fill out a series of profiles. Profile surveys are questions all about you and your interests and are designed to tailor the surveys that you receive. The 12 profile surveys are optional, and no points (points to be discussed later) are awarded. Profiles surveys range from interests and activities, health, education and technology. Each one may take several minutes to complete, but they will help ensure that the surveys you receive are best suited for you, therefore increasing your chance for qualifying for the survey and earning money.
Survey Invitations
The survey invitations will come straight into your e-mail inbox. The e-mail will indicate how long the survey should take to complete and how many points will be awarded for a completed survey. Completing a survey is never required – it is always optional.
Points and Rewards
Completed surveys are awarded with points, called Opinion Points. 10 points is equivalent to $1. Surveys are typically worth anywhere from 10 to 50 points. So if you receive a survey worth 20 points, those points would be worth $2. Points are credited to your account immediately after completing the survey.
There are four different options for redeeming rewards:
• Donate to the American Red Cross – You may donate your Opinion Points to the American Red Cross. This requires a minimum of 100 points, or $10.
• Amazon.com gift card – Redeem your Opinion Points for an Amazon.com gift card. This will be awarded through a claim code to be applied to your Amazon.com account. This requires a minimum of 50 points, or $5.
• Citi Gift Card – Points may be redeemed for a Citi Gift Card. This requires a minimum of 150 points, or $15.
• Check – A check may be requested with a minimum of 200 points, which will be equivalent to a $20 check.
If you do not qualify for a survey, you will have a choice to attempt to complete another survey. If you choose not to do that, you will find three more options. You can choose from an instant win game, which is worth $50. The second choice is an entry into a sweepstakes, and the third option is to donate $0.10 to the American Red Cross.
Refer a Friend
Opinion Outpost Survey Research Panel has a refer-a-friend program. You may invite a friend to join Opinion Outpost through a customized link. If your friend joins and completes one survey, you will be awarded 20 points, or $2 for that referral.
